TERMS OF SERVICE

This website and e-commerce store are owned and managed by Maison Eclectique for Fashion, a clothing brand based in Dubai, UAE (hereinafter referred to as "Maison Eclectique"). All information, products, and services provided on this website are for your personal, non-commercial use. By accessing this website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
The display of any item on our website does not constitute an offer to sell. Maison Eclectique is under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. When you place an order, it represents your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible, but we are not obligated to supply the products unless they are in stock and available at the prices specified.

If the items you order are out of stock, subject to delay, or priced higher than indicated on your order, we will attempt to contact you via the email address provided when placing your order. If we cannot reach you or do not receive a response, we will continue processing the remaining items on your order.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING
We aim to deliver your selected items to the location and person of your choice, in perfect condition, and in the shortest possible time. UAE and international orders are shipped by our preferred courier services, ensuring a speedy and secure delivery. Each purchase is insured during transit until it is delivered to you. If you wish to track your parcel and have not received tracking details via email, please contact us, and we will provide you with the tracking information.

Delivery information such as Customer Name, Location Address, and Contact Number will be stored solely for delivery purposes. Other personally identifiable information will not be stored.

We aim to dispatch most orders within 10-14 days, subject to item specifications, credit card clearance, stock availability, your location, and other factors. We will contact you via email or phone if there is an unreasonable delay or if items are out of stock.

We ship to all countries via our trusted courier partners. For some destinations, items may be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis, meaning any duties and taxes incurred in the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

If you refuse delivery, or are unavailable despite reasonable attempts by the courier company, your item will be returned to Maison Eclectique, and you will be charged for the unpaid duties, taxes, and additional shipping costs.

For UAE deliveries, Maison Eclectique offers free shipping. International delivery fees will be specified at the checkout page.

TERMS OF EXCHANGE, REFUND, & RETURNS
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that customers carefully review the sizing chart before making a purchase. If, for any reason, the purchased item does not fit well, you may email us at support@maison-eclectique.com with your Order Number and sizing issue within 2 weeks of receiving your order.

Returned items not accompanied by an official reference number will not be accepted. If you prefer, you may contact one of our customer care representatives who will be happy to assist you.

Once we receive your request, a customer service representative will contact you with available size options. If the item is not available in stock, we will issue a store credit that can be used on www.maison-eclectique.com within 6 months or return your cash, depending on your preference.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your unused items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 1 week of the purchase date will be credited in full, minus the shipping charge, subject to the following conditions:

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.

Merchandise must be returned with all original packaging and garment tags still attached.

Merchandise on sale or special promotions may not be exchanged or refunded.

We do not accept any item that shows signs of use. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. It is advisable to send returned items via a known courier company and retain proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postal costs for returned goods are the customer's responsibility and will only be reimbursed by us in the case of damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied goods.

All refunds for transactions made through this website will be refunded to the original mode of payment.

DAMAGED GOODS
While we thoroughly check all items before dispatch, if you receive a damaged item, please notify us by email at support@maison-eclectique.com with your Order Number, a description of the damage, and, if possible, an image. Any claim for damaged goods or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of the package.

Upon receiving your request, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item. Once your returned item is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 15 to 30 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours (1 day) of making the payment to reverse the transaction.

STORE CREDIT TERMS
Subject to our return policy, if no suitable exchange options are available at the time, Maison Eclectique will issue you a store credit.

Store Credit can only be used online at our website: www.maison-eclectique.com.

Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.

Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned, and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.

Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store (if available).

Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.

Please treat Store Credit securely like cash.

PAYMENT
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). If "Credit Card Online" is selected as the payment method, the details on the Customer's ID (Cardholder's ID) must match those of the credit card used for the purchase. We do not accept cash, payment on delivery, bank transfer, or check at this stage.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your payment card issuer refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. For first-time online customers, shipping may be required to the credit card billing address only.

By submitting an order through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed, payment will be made in full.

THE WEBSITE
Maison Eclectique follows best practices to ensure the security of our website, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses, hacks, or bugs. Accessing the website is at your own risk. We will not be responsible for any inability to provide our services due to circumstances beyond our control.

The content of our website is presented "as is," without guarantees of accuracy, whether explicit or implied. We reserve the right to correct errors, make changes, or update product information at any time if necessary.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
Except for our contractual obligations to supply goods following the acceptance of orders placed on our website, neither we nor any of our employees, suppliers, or representatives will be liable for any loss or damage connected with your use of the website.

You agree to indemnify us, our employees, suppliers, or representatives against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of these terms by you or from your use of this website. We may terminate your use of the website immediately if we determine that you have breached these terms.

JURISDICTION
This website is controlled and operated by Maison Eclectique in the UAE. These terms and all matters related to orders placed on our website are governed by UAE law. In case of disputes, the applicable law will be based on UAE law.

Maison Eclectique will not deal with or provide services or products to any OFAC-sanctioned countries, in compliance with UAE law.

Note: The United Arab Emirates is Maison Eclectique’s country of domicile.
